Welcome to Jacaranda Kori Studio, a boutique studio for handmade ceramics. Purchasing from our website constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, including purchase, cancellation, and return procedures.

Placing an Order

  1. All products are handmade. Slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur and are part of their unique character.

  2. Estimated preparation and shipping times are listed on each product page. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to external factors.

  3. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

Order Cancellation & Returns (According to Israeli Consumer Protection Law)

  1. Customers may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product by sending a written notice (email or contact form).

  2. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in new, resalable condition.

  3. In case of a valid return, a full refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs (both directions) and a cancellation fee of up to 5% or 100 ILS – whichever is lower.

  4. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the product is defective or does not match the order:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

  • We will repair, replace, or fully refund the item—at your discretion and in compliance with local laws.

Legal Jurisdiction

  1. This policy complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and relevant trade regulations.

  2. In case of legal disputes, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.

  3. For international clients, this policy also aligns with global e-commerce standards and consumer protection principles (OECD guidelines). In the event of conflict, Israeli law shall prevail.
