• All items are handmade to order.

• Processing time (creation, packaging, and handling) is typically 3–10 business days, unless otherwise stated.

• Custom orders may require additional time depending on complexity.

Shipping Methods (via Israel Post)

• Home Delivery (Courier) – Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• Registered Mail – Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

• Remote areas or small settlements may experience additional delays (up to 3 business days).

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for purchases above a certain amount (as published on the site).

Local Pickup

• Studio pickup from [City/Address] is available by prior arrangement only.

Delays and Exceptions

• We are not responsible for delays due to strikes, weather conditions, high postal volume, or national emergencies.

• We commit to dispatching orders on time, but cannot guarantee delivery times once handed to Israel Post.
